Tangles and Knots
"You slept poorly, didn't you?"
"Yes. A lot of tossing and turning, I'm afraid. I had a nightmare..."
"I can see that," Gwen nodded, gently teasing out another of the many tangles and knots in Morgana's wild hair, rendering it smooth and pliable once more.
Morgana sighed, smiling gratefully at Gwen in the mirror. "Your hands are magical. Without you, my hair would look a permanent fright. No one else could manage to untangle it. Never leave me."
But as history shows, Gwen did leave, and for good reason. Morgana lived out her days with her hair a complete mess.
