“Oh, that’s easy. Sir Lancelot,” Merlin replied.
“Why is that?”
“Because he died saving Camelot.”
“That doesn’t make one chivalrous. It makes one heroic.”
“That’s true. I suppose he’s chivalrous because he wanted Guinevere and didn’t take her.”
Morgana frowned. “You’ve got me there. What else have you got about him?”
“He had the steadiest hand of all the knights and was the kindest. He cared as much for the lowly peasant as he did the king.”
“I suppose that makes you my Lancelot.”
“Why is that?”
“You’re steady and kind. I love you for that.”
