Almost from the first moment they’d met Lancelot had been drawn to Merlin and he had tried to let the young warlock know in a variety of ways how he’d felt without actually having to say it.

But everything he had tried had failed some in more spectacular ways than others.

A lesser man would have given up by now but Lancelot was a little more resilient than most men he knew. Besides he wasn’t about to give up on getting the one thing he wanted in this life. There was some way to get Merlin’s attention and he was just the man to figure it out... one way or the other.
