Prompt: 113 - Selcouth
Merlin didn't think anyone was there, that much was clear.
It had been curiosity, pure and simple, that had led Arthur to follow Merlin that evening. He watched, marvelling and fascinated, as a beautiful, perfect apple was drawn from the air. Arthur knew he would see it again at breakfast.
He had long known what Merlin was to him - servant, lover and yes, magical saviour too. One day perhaps Merlin would have trusted him with the secret. But Arthur wasn't a patient man.
His soon-to-be Court Sorcerer turned in obvious panic, eyes wide and fearful.
"Do it again."
