I used to be passionate, inspired, and alive. My ambition was to make a difference for good.
Now I'm mostly just angry, - and a high priestess with unlimited magic, so there's that.
As day jobs go, winning my rightful place on the throne to bring magic back proves an extremely thankless task.
I was terrified about someone finding out about me for years. But I am fearless now. It's like I died and came alive again, transformed.
I have lost things along the way, true. It's been pretty grim. Sometimes I feel dead inside. My righteous hunger for power is all that remains.
When victory is mine, when I alone decide who is worthy of life, surely that will change. If princes and peasants must die in order for me to once more enjoy life, so be it.
Camelot is worth it.
I'm worth it.
